Good quality, slightly tight fit
The material feels very durable and thick. The lid was a bit hard to snap on the first time, but once seated, it stays put even after running over it with a mower.

A: While the total height is 12 inches, we recommend allowing about 2 inches at the bottom for gravel drainage, leaving approximately 10 inches of usable space for your valves and fittings.
Q: Is the plastic resistant to freezing temperatures?
A: Yes, the HDPE material is formulated to remain flexible and crack-resistant in temperatures as low as -20°F, making it suitable for winter climates.
Q: Does the lid come in other colors besides green?
A: For this specific SKU, the lid is only available in green to match landscaping. We do offer black lids in a different product listing if you prefer that aesthetic.
