Perfect for our greenhouse monitoring

Solid build quality

The stainless steel probe feels very durable. Installation was straightforward using the insertion mount. I deducted one star because the manual could be more detailed regarding the wiring diagrams for the RS485 output.

Good sensor, clear display

The LCD screen is very clear and shows both temp and humidity simultaneously. Setup was easy. Just make sure you have the right voltage supply ready before installation. Overall a great purchase.

A: The standard insertion probe length is 200mm. However, we offer custom lengths upon request if your application requires deeper insertion.

Q: Is the LCD display backlit for night viewing?

A: The standard model features a high-contrast LCD that is readable in low light, but it does not have an active LED backlight. For dark environments, we recommend using the remote readout option.

Q: Can this sensor be used outdoors in direct rain?

A: Yes, the CWS20 has an IP65 rating, which means it is fully protected against dust and low-pressure water jets from any direction, making it suitable for outdoor use in rain.

Q: Does this come with a calibration certificate?

A: Yes, every unit ships with a factory calibration report. If you require an accredited third-party calibration certificate, please select that option at checkout for an additional fee.

Q: Can I connect this directly to a PLC?
