Industrial grade performance

Using this in a warehouse where temperatures fluctuate wildly. It has held up great over the last three months. The heat resistance is real; we have it near a loading dock door and it doesn't skip a beat.

Solid outdoor unit

Been outside through rain and direct sun for a month. No condensation inside the screen and readings remain consistent. The cable is thick and durable. Would buy again.

Accurate and sturdy

Compared this against a calibrated lab meter and it was within 0.2 degrees. Very impressed with the build quality. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery compartment could be slightly easier to open, but it's tight for a good waterproof seal.

Great value for money

Much cheaper than other industrial sensors I looked at, but the performance is just as good. Setup was instant, no calibration needed out of the box. Highly recommend for hobbyists and pros alike.

Exactly what I needed

The digital display is very clear even in low light. I use it to monitor a wine cellar and the precision is excellent. It alerts me immediately if humidity drops too low.

Q: Can I extend the probe cable if 2 meters isn't enough?

A: We do not recommend extending the cable yourself as it may interfere with the signal integrity and compromise the waterproof seal. Please contact us if you require a custom unit with a longer factory-installed cable.

Q: Can this sensor be left outside in heavy rain?

A: Yes, the device has an IP67 rating, which means it is fully protected against dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is designed for outdoor use in various weather conditions.

Q: What happens if the batteries die? Will I lose the calibration?

A: No, the sensor stores its calibration data in non-volatile memory. When you replace the batteries, the device will restart and resume normal operation without needing recalibration.

Q: Does it come with a wall mount bracket?

A: Yes, the package includes a mounting bracket and screws so you can easily attach the unit to a wall, post, or shelf in your greenhouse or warehouse.

Q: Is the display backlit automatically or do I have to press a button?

A: The backlight is manual to conserve battery life. There is a dedicated button on the front panel that activates the backlight for 10 seconds when pressed.
