Love the Lat Pulldown feature
As someone who misses the gym, the lat pulldown attachment feels very natural. The electromagnetic resistance provides a consistent pull without the noise of weight plates. The fitness mirror classes keep me motivated daily.

Solid build quality
This is a heavy-duty unit despite its compact name. The frame is sturdy even during intense Smith machine presses. The screen response time is excellent, and tracking my progress over the app is seamless.

Perfect for small apartments!
I was skeptical about the 'Small Bird' compact design, but this machine fits perfectly in my living room corner. The mirror interface is crisp and the guided workouts are fantastic. The rowing function is surprisingly smooth.

Great tech, assembly took time
The smart features and digital resistance adjustments are top-notch. It replaced three separate machines in my home gym. Assembly took about 3 hours with a friend, but the instructions were clear. Deducting one star only because the box was very heavy.

Good value for an all-in-one
It's pricey, but considering it combines a rower, pulldown, and press station with a smart coach, it saves money in the long run. The only improvement I'd suggest is adding more floor mats to protect hardwood.

Exceeded expectations
The GBOT system is intuitive. My whole family uses it, and the user profiles switch automatically via facial recognition on the mirror. The rowing metrics are accurate compared to my old dedicated rower.
