Great machine, minor learning curve
The build quality is excellent and it sews very fast. It took our operators about a day to get used to the automatic thread trimming feature, but now they love it. Deducting one star only because the manual could be more detailed.

Perfect for our packaging line

Solid performance on kraft paper
We primarily use this for multi-wall kraft paper bags. It punches through multiple layers without skipping stitches. The only improvement I'd suggest is a larger spool holder for extended runs.
Q: How often does the needle need to be changed?
A: For continuous high-volume operations, we suggest checking the needle condition every 8 hours and replacing it if there are signs of wear or bending. For normal usage, changing the needle once a week is usually sufficient.
Q: Is training required to operate this machine?
A: While the machine is fully automatic and user-friendly, we recommend a brief orientation for operators unfamiliar with industrial bag sewers. We provide a digital video guide and a printed quick-start manual with every order.
