Perfect for the whole family!
I bought this primarily for my husband to do pull-ups, but the added rings and swing have been a huge hit with our 4-year-old. It feels very sturdy and didn't damage our door frame at all. Installation took less than 10 minutes.

Kids love the swing attachment
Bought this to keep my toddler active indoors during winter. The swing seat is easy to attach and detach. The only reason for 4 stars is that the instructions could be clearer, but once figured out, it works great.

Sturdy but check your door frame
Great product overall. The bar holds my weight (220 lbs) without any creaking. Just make sure your door trim is solid wood; mine was a bit hollow so I had to be careful with the tension. The swing set feature is a nice bonus.

Excellent build quality
The steel feels thick and the coating is smooth. I've been using it daily for three months for pull-ups and chin-ups. The extension for the rings is secure and doesn't wobble. Highly recommend for home gyms.

No drilling is a game changer
As a renter, I cannot drill holes in my walls. This bar fits perfectly in my bedroom doorway. My kids love hanging on the rings while I workout. It's stable and the foam grips are comfortable.

A: When installed correctly according to the manual, the pressure pads protect the trim. However, we recommend checking the tightness periodically to ensure no slipping occurs.
Q: Can the gymnastic rings support an adult's weight or are they just for kids?
