Perfect for my home garage gym

Heavy duty and stable

Good value for money

For the price, you can't beat the quality. They are not as soft as foam mats, which is good for stability, but they provide enough cushion for comfort. Highly recommend for weightlifting areas.

Great soundproofing for treadmill

I bought these specifically to stop the noise from my treadmill vibrating through the floor to the room below. It works incredibly well. Took off one star because cutting them to fit around corners requires a sharp utility knife.
