Perfect for medium format

Sturdy build quality

Great value, minor learning curve
Works perfectly once you get the hang of the pressure needed. It feels sturdy and the blade is sharp. Took me two tries to get a perfect cut on 35mm, but now it's second nature.

Good for high volume
I process a lot of film on weekends, and this saves me tons of time. The only reason for 4 stars is that the spare blades are a bit tricky to swap out without tweezers.

A: No, this model is specifically engineered for 135 (35mm) and 120 medium format rolls. It is not compatible with 110 or 126 formats.
Q: Can this cut unexposed film in daylight?
A: No, this cutter is designed for use in a darkroom or changing bag after the film has been developed. Cutting unexposed film will ruin it.
