Perfect for medium format
Cutting 120 film by hand with scissors was always risky. This device aligns the film perfectly. No more wasted frames due to uneven cuts.

Clean cuts every time
I was worried about jagged edges ruining my scans, but this tool produces professional results. The safety cover is a nice touch for storage.

Sturdy build quality
Feels much more durable than the plastic ones I've used before. The weighted base keeps it steady on the bench while cutting. Excellent product from Tuohai.

Great value, minor learning curve
Works perfectly once you get the hang of the pressure needed. It feels sturdy and the blade is sharp. Took me two tries to get a perfect cut on 35mm, but now it's second nature.

Good for high volume
I process a lot of film on weekends, and this saves me tons of time. The only reason for 4 stars is that the spare blades are a bit tricky to swap out without tweezers.

Essential for my darkroom workflow
This cutter makes loading reels so much faster. The cuts are clean and straight every time, even on older 120 film backing paper. Highly recommended for anyone developing at home.
Q: Does this come with extra blades?
A: Yes, the package includes two spare replacement blades along with a small brush for cleaning debris.
Q: Is the blade replaceable when it gets dull?
A: Absolutely. The blade is user-replaceable. We recommend changing it if you notice any tearing instead of clean cutting.
Q: How do I clean the cutter after use?
A: Use the included soft brush to remove film dust and particles. Avoid using water or solvents directly on the mechanism to prevent rusting of the blade.
Q: Will this work for 110 film cartridges?
A: No, this model is specifically engineered for 135 (35mm) and 120 medium format rolls. It is not compatible with 110 or 126 formats.
Q: Can this cut unexposed film in daylight?
A: No, this cutter is designed for use in a darkroom or changing bag after the film has been developed. Cutting unexposed film will ruin it.
