Highly recommended for archivists

Solid performer for the price
Does exactly what it says. The dimmer is smooth and doesn't flicker on camera. It gets quite bright, so you might not always need it at 100%, which is nice.

Great brightness, sturdy build
Very bright and the aluminum frame feels premium. I deducted one star because the USB cable could be a bit longer, but otherwise, it's an excellent tool for film photographers.

Essential for medium format work
I primarily shoot 120 film, and the viewing area is perfectly sized. The surface is truly scratch-resistant; I've been sliding holders across it daily with no marks.

Better than my old light table
Compact, portable, and much brighter than my vintage fluorescent light box. The color accuracy helps significantly when editing the scans later in Lightroom.
