Excellent for sous vide
I was worried about the plastic melting, but these held up perfectly at 160°F for several hours. The mesh design prevents the bag from collapsing onto the food too tightly.

Great quality, sturdy plastic
These bags feel much thicker than generic brands. The zipper lock holds tight even after multiple uses. Only giving 4 stars because I wish they came in more large sizes.
