Best aftermarket hotend for Bambu

I have tried three different third-party hotends, and this Huasu assembly is by far the most reliable. The flow rate is consistent, and the hardened nozzle shows no signs of wear after 500g of glass-filled PETG.

Great quality, slightly longer heat up

The build quality is excellent and feels very robust. It does take a few seconds longer to reach target temperature compared to the standard hotend due to the all-metal construction, but the reliability with high-temp materials makes it worth it.

Solved my clogging issues

After months of intermittent clogs on my P1P, I installed this TZ4.0 assembly. It has been running for two weeks straight with zero clogs. The hardened steel nozzle handles the recycled PLA with contaminants much better than brass.

Essential for engineering materials

If you plan to print anything other than basic PLA, get this. The integrated metal throat design is superior for maintaining consistent thermal profiles. My dimensional accuracy on ABS parts has improved noticeably.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments

I switched to this hardened steel nozzle assembly specifically for printing carbon fiber nylon. The metal integrated throat prevents heat creep issues I had with the stock PTFE lined version. Installation was straightforward and prints are flawless.

Solid performer

Works exactly as advertised. Fitment on the X1C was perfect. I deducted one star only because the instructions could be more detailed regarding the torque settings for the heater block screws, but overall a great product.
