Great gift for curious kids
Bought this for my nephew's 7th birthday. He felt like a real archaeologist. The tools provided are safe for children but effective enough to get the job done. Highly recommend!

Good concept, some pieces fragile
The excavation part was fun, but a couple of the smaller bone pieces cracked while we were trying to clean them off. Still, it was an enjoyable experience overall for the price.

Fun but messy
The kit is fantastic and the instructions are clear. Just be prepared for a lot of plaster dust! We did this outside on the patio which worked best. The final model looks great on his shelf.

Perfect rainy day activity!
My son absolutely loved digging this out. It kept him busy for over two hours and the bones were sturdy enough to assemble without breaking immediately. Great educational value.

Solid educational toy
As a teacher, I appreciate toys that teach patience and science. This kit does exactly that. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the brush bristles fell out a bit too easily.

Exceeded expectations
I was worried it would be too easy or too hard, but it was just right for a 9-year-old. The assembly instructions were pictorial and easy to follow. Will buy more from this brand.
Q: Are replacement tools available if the chisel breaks?
A: We do not sell individual tools separately, but standard wooden craft sticks and soft brushes found at any craft store work perfectly as replacements.
Q: How long does the excavation process usually take?
A: On average, it takes between 1 to 2 hours depending on the child's age and how carefully they dig. Rushing may cause damage to the hidden bones.
Q: Does this kit come with a display stand for the finished skeleton?
A: Yes, the package includes a small plastic base and connectors to help you display the assembled T-Rex skeleton upright once the excavation is complete.
Q: Can the excavated bones be painted after assembly?
A: Yes, absolutely! The plastic bones take acrylic paint very well. Many customers enjoy painting them to look more realistic or adding their own creative colors.
Q: Is the plaster non-toxic if a child accidentally ingests a small piece?
A: Our plaster is made from non-toxic materials, but it is not intended for consumption. Please supervise children during play and consult a doctor if ingestion occurs.
