Solid build quality
The machining on this part is precise. It fit into my X1-Carbon perfectly without any modification. The hardened steel nozzle feels very durable and should last a long time.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it has been flawless. The metal integrated throat tube seems to improve heat stability significantly compared to the stock version.

Great upgrade but needs careful installation
The print quality is excellent after installation. Just make sure you follow the heating instructions carefully when tightening the nozzle to avoid stripping threads. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Solved my clogging issues
I was experiencing frequent clogs with the original hotend when printing at higher speeds. This TZ4.0 upgraded component resolved the issue immediately. Flow is consistent and smooth.

A: The TZ4.0 features an optimized metal integrated throat tube design that reduces the risk of clogging and improves heat transfer efficiency compared to earlier iterations.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this specific TZ4.0 hotend assembly is designed exclusively for the X1, X1-Carbon, P1P, and P1S series. The A1 mini uses a different extruder architecture.
Q: Can I use this with standard PLA filament?
