Good but fall out easily
The noise cancellation is decent, but they sometimes slip out if I toss and turn too much. Maybe my ear canals are just smaller than average.

Great value for money
You get a huge box of earplugs for a very reasonable price. They work well for sleeping, though I wish the carrying case was included.

Essential for shift workers
I sleep during the day and these block out the lawn mowers and traffic noise effectively. The yellow color makes them easy to find if I drop one.

Solid standard earplugs
Nothing fancy, just reliable 3M quality. They expand slowly to fit the ear canal which helps with comfort. Will buy again when this box runs out.

Perfect for dorm life!
Living in a noisy college dorm was impossible until I found these. They block out hallway chatter and music perfectly. Super comfortable even after wearing them all night.

So soft and effective
I have sensitive ears and many foam plugs hurt after an hour. These 3M ones are incredibly soft and do not cause any bloating or pressure. Highly recommend!
Q: What is the actual Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) for this product?
A: This specific model of 3M foam earplugs has an NRR of 32 decibels, providing significant reduction in ambient noise for better sleep and focus.
Q: How do I properly insert these for the best seal?
A: Roll the plug into a thin cylinder with clean hands, pull your ear up and back to straighten the canal, insert the plug deeply, and hold it in place until it fully expands.
Q: Are these earplugs reusable or single-use only?
A: These are designed as disposable earplugs. For hygiene and optimal performance, we recommend using a fresh pair each time or discarding them once they lose their shape or get dirty.
Q: Do these come with a travel case?
A: The bulk package does not include a hard travel case. However, the box itself is resealable, and many customers use small pill containers for portability.
Q: Are these suitable for swimming or water activities?
A: No, these foam earplugs are not waterproof and should not be used for swimming. They are designed specifically for noise reduction in dry environments like sleeping or studying.
