Good but fall out easily

The noise cancellation is decent, but they sometimes slip out if I toss and turn too much. Maybe my ear canals are just smaller than average.

Essential for shift workers

So soft and effective

I have sensitive ears and many foam plugs hurt after an hour. These 3M ones are incredibly soft and do not cause any bloating or pressure. Highly recommend!
