Great value for surveillance projects
Installed this for a 16-camera PoE security system. The cable is flexible enough to pull through conduits but feels durable. All cameras are running at full gigabit speed without any interference.

Good product, packaging could be better

True OFC quality
As an IT technician, I can tell the difference between CCA and real copper. This is genuine oxygen-free copper, which makes a huge difference for PoE power delivery over distance. Will buy again.

Solid cable, heavy spool
The quality of the copper is evident; connections crimp cleanly and test perfectly. Only giving 4 stars because the 305m spool is extremely heavy and difficult to move alone, but that's expected for this length.

A: The conductors in the TL-EC5e-305B are 24 AWG (American Wire Gauge), which is the industry standard for Cat5e cables to ensure optimal performance and minimal resistance.
Q: Is there a pull string included in the jacket?
A: Yes, the cable jacket includes a rip cord to help easily strip the outer sheath during termination, though it does not have a dedicated nylon pull line for long-distance pulling through tight conduits.
Q: Does this support PoE+ (802.3at)?
A: Yes, since this cable uses pure oxygen-free copper conductors, it fully supports both PoE (802.3af) and PoE+ (802.3at) standards, allowing for efficient power delivery to devices like PTZ cameras and access points.
Q: Can I terminate this with standard RJ45 connectors?
