Best purchase for winter
These are a lifesaver during cold months. The steam warmth penetrates deep into the shoulder muscles. I use one every evening before bed and sleep much better.

Comfortable and effective
Very comfortable material that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. The heat is steady and not too hot. Would recommend keeping the packaging sealed tight so they don't activate prematurely.

Great heat, strong smell
The heating function works exactly as described and lasts for about 5 hours on me. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the mugwort smell is quite strong, which might not be for everyone, but I personally find it relaxing.

Good but runs out fast
The warmth is nice and the mugwort ingredient feels traditional and effective. However, I feel like the heat dissipates faster than the 6 hours claimed, more like 3.5 hours for me.

A: Simply remove the patch from its individual airtight packet and expose it to air. The self-heating process will begin within a few minutes.

A: If you experience any redness or irritation, please remove the patch immediately and discontinue use. Wash the area with mild soap and water.
