Perfect replacement for our furnace rollers
We replaced the old lubricated bushings in our heat treatment line with these SF-1 composites. The oil-free feature keeps our workspace much cleaner, and they have held up perfectly under continuous operation for three months.
Q: Are these suitable for underwater applications?
A: While the material is corrosion-resistant, the SF-1 series is optimized for dry or intermittent wet conditions. For continuous submersion, we recommend our stainless steel backed variants with specific sealing.
Q: How do I determine the correct housing fit tolerance?
A: For standard applications, we recommend an H7 housing tolerance. Please refer to the technical datasheet included in the product download section for detailed interference fit charts based on your specific diameter.
Q: What is the lead time for the 80mm inner diameter size?
