Peace of mind for parking

Excellent audio clarity

Perfect for fleet management
We installed these in our delivery vans and the real-time tracking is incredibly accurate. The voice recording feature is a bonus for monitoring driver behavior. Setup was straightforward using the app.

Compact and discreet
It is very small and the magnetic mount makes it easy to hide under the seat or in the trunk. The recording quality is good enough to identify voices. Would buy again.

Good device, subscription required
The hardware itself is solid and compact. However, be aware that you need a monthly data plan for the real-time GPS features to work, which wasn't entirely clear in the product description.

Great battery life
I bought this to keep track of my teenager's car. The battery lasts much longer than expected, and the location updates are frequent. Only giving 4 stars because the app interface could be more intuitive.
Q: Can I listen to the live audio from my phone while the car is moving?
A: Absolutely. As long as the device has cellular signal, you can access live audio streaming directly through our mobile app regardless of whether the vehicle is stationary or in motion.
Q: How do I retrieve the recorded files if the internet connection is lost?
A: The device saves all recordings locally to the MicroSD card. Once the device reconnects to the network or is physically accessed, you can download the stored files via the app or by removing the card.
Q: What happens if the battery dies while the car is parked?
A: The device will send a low-battery alert to your phone before shutting down. For permanent installation, we recommend connecting it to the vehicle's power supply using the optional hardwire kit.
Q: Is there a monthly fee for the GPS service?
A: The device itself does not include a service fee, but you must purchase a data plan from a carrier for the SIM card. We also offer an optional premium app subscription for advanced history logs.
Q: Does this device require a SIM card to function?
A: Yes, the device requires an active Nano-SIM card with a data plan to enable real-time GPS tracking and remote audio listening features.
