Great for spiders too
I placed these in the corners of my basement and caught several large spiders and a mouse within the first week. Peace of mind is worth every penny.

Effective but messy
These work exactly as advertised. The glue is very strong. Just be careful where you place them so pets or kids don't accidentally step on them. Disposal requires a sturdy bag.

Works well but dust gets on it
The adhesive is strong, but in a dusty environment, it loses some effectiveness after a few days if nothing walks on it. I recommend checking and replacing them weekly.

Safe around my dog when placed correctly
I was worried about my dog, but I placed these inside cabinets and behind appliances where he can't reach. Caught two mice immediately. No chemical smells which is a plus.

Finally caught the big one
We had a persistent rat problem in the garage. These mats are incredibly sticky and held the rodent securely until I could dispose of it. Much better than the snap traps that kept missing.

Solid value for the price
Twelve boards last a long time. The cardboard is sturdy enough not to warp easily. I added a tiny bit of peanut butter in the center and had success the first night.
Q: How do I dispose of the trap after catching a rat?
A: Wear gloves, fold the trap over to enclose the pest, seal it tightly in a plastic bag, and place it in your regular outdoor trash bin.
Q: What is the expiration date on these?
A: Each package has a manufacturing date printed on the bottom. Generally, the product remains effective for up to 3 years if stored in a cool, dry place in its original packaging.
Q: Can these be used outdoors in the rain?
A: No, these traps are designed for indoor use only. Moisture and rain will compromise the adhesive strength and the cardboard structure.
Q: Is this glue toxic if my cat licks it?
A: The adhesive is non-toxic, but it is not meant for ingestion. If your pet gets stuck or ingests any part of the trap, please contact your veterinarian immediately for safe removal instructions.
Q: Do I need to add bait for these to work?
A: Bait is not required as the traps are effective on their own. However, placing a small amount of food like peanut butter or chocolate in the center can increase attraction.
