Perfect for posture training
I bought this to help with my dance posture and it works wonders. The wood is smooth and feels very sturdy. Holding it behind my back while practicing has really helped align my shoulders.

Great quality ash wood
As a martial arts instructor, I needed durable sticks for my students. These are excellent quality. The only reason for 4 stars is that the length is fixed, but otherwise, it's a fantastic tool.
