Solid training tool
Does exactly what it says. The foam is soft enough that it doesn't damage the ball or hurt players if they run into it. Only wish it came in a two-pack.

Bought this for my son's practice sessions. The build quality is excellent and it stands up well. It might be a bit short for adult-sized players simulating tall defenders, but perfect for kids.
