A: To ensure safety during shipping and installation, we use high-clarity acrylic instead of glass. It offers excellent visibility without the risk of shattering.
Q: Does this painting come with hanging hardware included?
A: Yes, the painting comes pre-installed with hooks on the back frame, making it ready to hang immediately upon arrival.
Q: Can this be customized to a different size?
A: Currently, the Wangyunlou Chinese Painting series is available only in standard sizes listed on the product page. Custom sizing is not offered at this time.
Q: How should I clean the surface if it gets dusty?
A: We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe away dust. Please avoid using water or chemical cleaners to preserve the ink finish.
