Solid build, takes a little effort
The construction is excellent and feels like it will last forever. You do need to crank it steadily to maintain the airflow, but it's much faster than waving a piece of cardboard. Great for camping trips.

Simple and effective
Does exactly what it says. The metal construction means it won't melt near the heat. My only minor complaint is that the crank can be a bit stiff when new, but it loosened up after a few uses.
