Value for money
You get a good number of patches and the bottle of oil lasts a long time since you only need a few drops. Effective for temporary relief of muscle soreness after workouts.

Authentic Thai product

Great relief for my stiff neck
I work at a desk all day and often get tension in my neck. These patches provide a nice warming sensation that really helps loosen up the muscles. The oil is a bit strong but effective when massaged in.

Strong scent but works well
The herbal smell is very potent, which might not be for everyone, but it fades after an hour. I used it on my lower back after gardening and felt significant improvement in mobility.

Perfect for my shoulders
I have chronic shoulder pain from swimming. Applying the oil before the patch gives a deep penetrating warmth. It doesn't cure everything, but it makes daily life much more comfortable.

Good but sticky residue
The pain relief is decent for minor aches, but the adhesive leaves a bit of a sticky residue on the skin that takes some effort to wash off. The oil helps remove it though.
