Commercial quality at home

Great for BBQ prep
Very sharp and effective for trimming meat and cutting ribs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they are a bit heavy for prolonged use, but the weight adds to the cutting power.

Best kitchen tool I've bought this year
