Great quality, slightly heavy
The craftsmanship is excellent. They feel solid and well-polished. They are a bit heavier than I expected, which is good for exercise but takes some getting used to.

Good value for money
Solid construction and no rough edges. My only minor complaint is that the pouch could be slightly larger, but the balls themselves are fantastic.

Perfect for my morning routine
I bought these for my father who has mild arthritis in his hands. He loves rotating them while watching TV. The wood is smooth and the sound is very soothing.

Helps with hand strength
As a senior, keeping my grip strong is important. These walnuts provide a gentle yet effective workout for my fingers and palms. Very pleased with this purchase.
Q: Can beginners use these or are they only for experts?
A: They are suitable for all skill levels. Beginners might start by rotating one ball at a time before attempting to spin both simultaneously.
Q: Are these balls hollow or solid?
A: These are solid natural walnut shells, not hollow. This gives them their weight and distinctive sound when rotated.
Q: What is the exact diameter of these balls?
A: The standard size included in this package is 42mm in diameter, which is the most common size for adult hands.
Q: Do they make a loud noise when used?
A: They produce a pleasant, moderate clicking sound when they touch. It is generally quiet enough for office or home use without disturbing others.
Q: How do I clean them if they get dusty?
A: Simply wipe them gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners as they can damage the natural wood finish.
