Good quality but heavy
The craftsmanship is solid and the ridges are distinct. They are a bit heavier than I expected, which is good for strength but takes getting used to.

Beautiful natural patterns
Aside from the functional aspect, these look beautiful. The natural patterns on the shell are unique and develop a nice patina over time.

Nice but sizing varies
The quality is good, but the pair I received had a slight size mismatch between the two nuts. Still usable, just not perfect.

Great for stress relief
I use these at my desk while working. The deep texture stimulates the hands nicely without being too sharp. Highly recommended.

Excellent texture for grip training
These walnuts have a very deep texture that provides great resistance when rolling them in the palm. Perfect for my daily hand exercises.

Authentic Qinling product
You can tell these are genuine wild walnuts from the Qinling region. The eight ridges are symmetrical and the shell feels very durable.
Q: Do they come with a carrying case?
A: Yes, each pair comes with a breathable cotton storage pouch to protect them when not in use.
Q: Can children use these?
A: We recommend these for adults only due to their weight and hardness. Children should use lighter, softer alternatives designed specifically for them.
Q: Are these walnuts suitable for beginners?
A: Yes, but due to the deep texture and weight, we recommend starting with short sessions of 5-10 minutes to build up hand tolerance.
Q: What is the difference between wild and cultivated walnuts for exercise?
A: Wild walnuts typically have harder shells and deeper, more irregular textures, providing better stimulation and durability for long-term exercise compared to cultivated ones.
Q: How should I clean these exercise nuts?
A: Simply wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners as they may damage the natural shell finish.
