Lovely bracelet, slightly tight at first
I love the design and the authentic feel of the wood. It was a bit tight on my wrist initially but loosened up after a few days of wear. Great for meditation.

Beautiful craftsmanship and scent
The green sandalwood has a very subtle, calming fragrance. The crystals add a nice touch of sparkle without being too flashy. It fits perfectly and feels high quality.

Exceeded expectations
The photos don't do it justice. The wood grain is beautiful and the crystal beads catch the light nicely. Very comfortable to wear all day.

Good quality, fast shipping
Arrived quickly and well-packaged. The bracelet is elegant and seems durable. I deducted one star only because the elastic string feels a bit thin, but overall very happy.
Q: What is the return policy if the size doesn't fit?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Since the bracelet is adjustable, it fits most standard wrist sizes comfortably.
Q: Is the green color dyed or natural?
A: The green color is entirely natural to the specific variety of sandalwood sourced from Putuo Mountain. No dyes or artificial treatments are used.
Q: Can I wear this while washing my hands?
A: We recommend removing the bracelet before washing hands or showering. Prolonged exposure to water and soap can affect the wood's luster and scent over time.
Q: Does it come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes, every bracelet comes with an official authentication card verifying the natural green sandalwood material and its origin.
Q: How should I store this when not wearing it?
A: Please store the bracelet in the provided gift box or a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to preserve the wood's natural oils and fragrance.
