Beautiful craftsmanship and unique texture
The grain on this lightning-struck thuja is absolutely stunning. You can really feel the history in the wood. The Tai Sui plaque is carved with incredible detail. It feels substantial but comfortable to wear all day.

Great quality, slightly larger than expected
I love the natural scent of the wood and the smooth finish. The beads are a bit larger than I anticipated based on the photos, but they still look great. The elastic cord is very strong.

Solid construction
The knotting and stringing are done professionally. I've been wearing it for three weeks without any signs of wear on the cord. The wood has developed a nice patina already.

A meaningful gift
Bought this as a gift for my father who appreciates cultural artifacts. He was thrilled with the authenticity and the story behind the lightning-struck wood. The packaging was also very elegant.

Perfect for meditation and daily wear
This bracelet has become part of my daily routine. The texture of the lightning-struck wood provides a nice tactile sensation when handling the beads during prayer or meditation. Highly recommended.
Q: Is the wood treated with any chemicals or varnish?
A: No, our Lightning-Struck Thuja bracelets are finished naturally with polishing only. We do not use varnish, lacquer, or chemical treatments to preserve the authentic texture and scent of the wood.
Q: Is the Tai Sui plaque attached securely?
A: Yes, the Tai Sui carved plaque is integrated into the strand with reinforced knotting on both sides to ensure it stays centered and secure during normal wear and handling.
Q: What does the 'Lightning-Struck' designation mean?
A: It refers to Thuja wood that has naturally been struck by lightning during the tree's life. This rare occurrence creates unique grain patterns and carbonized traces within the wood, which are highly valued in traditional culture for their distinctive appearance.
Q: Can the bracelet be resized if it is too loose?
A: The bracelet uses a high-strength elastic cord designed to fit wrists between 16cm and 20cm comfortably. While it is not officially resizable by the user, you can tie an additional decorative knot inside the strand to tighten it slightly if needed.
Q: How should I clean and maintain this bracelet?
A: To maintain the bracelet, simply wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove oils and dust. Avoid exposing it to water, harsh chemicals, or direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve the wood's natural luster.
