Great for stress relief
I use these at my desk during work breaks. The rhythmic motion and the texture of the wood are very soothing. The only reason for 4 stars is that they are slightly smaller than I expected, but still very functional.

Beautiful grain, slight scent initially
The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the grain patterns are unique on each ball. There was a strong woody smell when I first opened the box, but it faded to a pleasant subtle aroma after a few days of airing out.

Perfect gift for grandparents
These arrived in a lovely gift box, making them ready to give immediately. My grandmother uses them daily while watching TV. She says they help keep her hands flexible and feel very comforting to hold.

Genuine sandalwood feel
As someone who collects Wenwan items, I can confirm these appear to be genuine small-leaf red sandalwood. The weight is substantial, and the natural finish allows the wood to develop a nice patina over time.

Smooth and well-balanced
The balance between the two balls is perfect, making it easy to rotate them without dropping. No paint or chemical coating means I don't have to worry about residues on my hands. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality and smooth rotation
Bought these for my father who loves traditional health exercises. The wood feels dense and high-quality. They spin very smoothly in the palm without sticking, which was a concern with cheaper plastic versions I've seen.
Q: Is the size suitable for average adult hands?
A: Yes, the 45mm diameter is considered a standard medium size, suitable for most adult hands. It provides a good challenge for beginners and intermediate users.
Q: How should I clean and maintain them?
A: Simply wipe them with a soft, dry cloth after use. Avoid water or chemical cleaners. Over time, natural oils from your hands will enhance the luster of the wood.
Q: Do they make a chiming sound when rotated?
A: No, these specific models are designed for silent operation. They focus on tactile feedback and muscle engagement rather than auditory chimes.
Q: Are these balls hollow or solid?
A: These health balls are solid wood, crafted from authentic small-leaf red sandalwood to ensure proper weight for effective hand exercise.
Q: Does the product come with instructions on how to use them?
A: Yes, the gift box includes a printed guide with basic rotation techniques and safety tips for elderly users to get started safely.
