Great concept, slightly heavy when full
The design is brilliant for targeting the neck area. My only minor complaint is that it feels a bit heavy when completely filled with hot water, but draining a little bit solves that. The fleece cover is very soft.

Works great as a cold pack too
I bought this primarily for heat therapy, but I tried it with ice water after a workout and it was amazing for cooling down inflamed areas. No leaks whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Good but cap is tight
The bag itself works well and stays warm for a decent amount of time. However, the screw cap is very tight and can be difficult to open if you have weak hands. Otherwise, it does the job.

Perfect for office work neck pain
I sit at a desk all day and my neck gets so stiff. This U-shaped bag fits perfectly around my shoulders while I type. The heat lasts for about an hour, which is just enough to relax my muscles.

Solid quality for the price
Feels durable and well-made. The fleece cover is removable which is a nice touch for cleaning. It heats up quickly in the microwave? No, wait, you fill it with hot water. Just making sure people know! Works great.

Better than standard bottles
Standard hot water bottles slide off your shoulder, but this one stays in place thanks to the U-shape. It allows me to walk around the house while applying heat to my cervical spine. Very convenient.
