Safe and reliable

Great value but cord is short

Much more convenient than boiling water on the stove. The temperature control is precise, and I love that I don't have to worry about leaks or spills. A must-have for winter.

A: For your safety, the device is designed to stop heating when disconnected from power. You cannot use it while it is actively charging; please wait until the heating cycle is finished before use.
Q: What should I do if the indicator light doesn't turn off?
A: If the light remains on after 15 minutes, please unplug the device immediately and contact our support team via the warranty card. Do not attempt to open the device yourself.
Q: Is it safe to leave this plugged in overnight?
A: No, we recommend unplugging the device once the heating cycle is complete. Although it has an automatic cut-off sensor, it is designed for heating only, not for continuous overnight plugging.
Q: Does this come with a protective fabric cover?
