Pressure limits
Failed slightly when we pushed it to the max pressure limit. Works fine at 5 bar but be careful going higher.

Perfect mist
Humidification is even and consistent. We use it in a greenhouse setup and plants are responding well to the increased moisture.

Easy install
Threaded nicely onto our existing pipes. No leaks detected after a week of continuous operation. Very satisfied.
Q: Can I adjust the flow rate?
A: The flow rate is adjusted via your external air and liquid regulators, not directly on the nozzle itself.
Q: Is there a metal version available?
A: Yes, please check our Stainless Steel Air Atomizing Nozzle series for higher temperature and pressure applications.
Q: What is the minimum pressure required?
A: We recommend a minimum operating pressure of 2 Bar for effective atomization. Lower pressure may result in dripping.
Q: Is this compatible with acidic solutions?
A: This plastic nozzle is designed for water-based solutions. For strong acids, we recommend checking our chemical resistance chart or using a stainless steel model.
Q: How do I clean clogs?
A: Use a soft brush and water to clean the nozzle face. Avoid using metal pins that could damage the internal geometry.
