Solid upgrade
Noticed better layer adhesion immediately. Shipping took a little long but the product itself is worth the wait.

Good quality but tight fit
The nozzle works well and handles pressure nicely. I had to use a bit of extra force to install it due to the internal threading, but it holds steady.

Perfect for high temp projects
I run my hot end at 400°C frequently and this nozzle shows no signs of degradation. The atomization adjustment is a nice bonus feature.

Durable and precise
Very happy with the build quality. The flow is consistent and the copper material seems very durable under stress.

Excellent heat conductivity
This copper nozzle heats up much faster than my previous brass one. The internal thread fit was snug and secure. Great for high-temperature materials.
Q: Is this compatible with a standard E3D V6 hot end?
A: Yes, this nozzle is designed to be compatible with standard V6 style hot end systems, provided your setup supports internal thread connections.
Q: Does this come with a wrench for adjustment?
A: Yes, the package includes a small adjustment tool specifically designed for the atomization flow control feature.
Q: How do I clean the internal threads?
A: We recommend using a brass brush to gently clean the threads before installation. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could degrade the copper.
Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for continuous use?
A: The nozzle is rated for up to 450°C. We recommend operating within standard safety guidelines for your specific heating element.
Q: Can this handle abrasive filaments?
A: While copper is soft, this alloy is reinforced. For highly abrasive materials, we suggest monitoring wear regularly or considering hardened steel options.
