Durable and reliable
I use these for high amp welding and they haven't warped yet. The protective sleeve is a nice bonus to have.

Good quality but tight threads
The brass quality is solid and handles heat well. The threads were a bit tight at first but loosened up after a few uses.

Check your gun model
Quality is fine, but make sure you have an MB style gun. Did not fit my older Lincoln model without an adapter.

Great spare pack
Having five nozzles means I always have a backup when one gets clogged with spatter. Highly recommend for professionals.
Q: What is the maximum temperature resistance?
A: The copper-brass alloy is designed to withstand standard welding heat cycles up to 1200°C.
Q: Is this compatible with Miller MM211 machines?
A: Yes, provided your gun uses the MB15 or MB25 style connection commonly found on those units.
Q: Can I clean this with a wire brush?
A: Yes, we recommend using a brass wire brush to avoid damaging the nickel plating.
Q: Are the protective sleeves reusable?
A: Sleeves are consumable items. Replace them when they show signs of cracking or excessive wear.
Q: How often should I replace the nozzle?
A: Replacement depends on usage frequency. Inspect regularly for spatter buildup or deformation.
