Q: Can I reuse the warmers after they cool down?

A: No, these are single-use items. Once the chemical reaction has completed and the pad cools down, it cannot be reactivated or reused. Please dispose of them in regular household trash.

Q: What should I do if the package is damaged before opening?

A: If the outer airtight package is punctured or damaged, the warmers may have already been exposed to air and will not generate heat effectively. Please contact our customer service for a replacement.

Q: Can these be worn directly on the skin?

A: Yes, they are designed with a skin-safe adhesive. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend placing a thin layer of clothing between the warmer and your skin to prevent irritation.

Q: Are these safe to use while sleeping?

A: We do not recommend using these warmers while sleeping. Since you cannot monitor the temperature or position while asleep, there is a risk of low-temperature burns or the pad shifting.

Q: How do I activate the heat pads?

A: Simply remove the warmer from its airtight packaging and peel off the release paper. Exposure to air activates the ingredients, and heat will begin to generate within 10 to 15 minutes.
