Great heat, slight smell
The heating effect lasts almost the entire work day which is impressive. The herbal smell is natural but a bit strong for the first hour. Overall, it really helped ease my cramps.

Gentle and effective

Perfect for winter chill

Good but not long lasting for me
The patch worked well for about 5 hours before it started cooling down. I was hoping for the full 8 hours as advertised. Still, it provided good relief while it lasted.

Better than a hot water bottle
I love that I can move around freely while using this. Unlike a hot water bottle, it stays in place on my lower back and abdomen. The adhesive is strong enough to hold all day.

Life saver during my cycle
These patches provide consistent warmth without getting too hot. The mugwort scent is very soothing and helps me relax. I wore one under my clothes to work and nobody noticed it was there.
