ST/SQ electric guitar PVC knob caps are suitable for replacing or repairing the appearance of volume pots, tone pots, and pickup selector switches. Replacement can improve knob feel, readability, and the overall look of the guitar body, making them suitable for Fender Stratocaster, Squier, and similarly structured guitars.
Specifications and Fit
Common push-on plastic knobs for ST/SQ series guitars often use a 6mm fine-spline inner hole. Telecaster-style flat-top metal knobs are commonly fixed with a side hex screw and may use either 6mm or imperial 1/4-inch shafts. Pickup switch tips are also divided into metric and imperial sizes; American or Mexican Fender models usually lean toward imperial sizing, while entry-level Squier models often use metric parts.
