A: The block is made of aluminum and brass. For abrasive filaments, we strongly recommend pairing this block with a hardened steel nozzle to prevent wear.

A: No, this package includes the heat sink and heating block only. You will need to purchase Volcano-compatible nozzles separately.

Q: Is this compatible with a 24V power supply?

A: Yes, the block itself is passive metal, but it is designed to work with standard 12V or 24V heater cartridges and thermistors commonly used in E3D V6 clones.

Q: Will this fit a Creality CR-10 stock fan duct?

A: In most cases, yes, as it follows the standard E3D V6 mounting pattern. However, some proprietary fan shrouds may require minor modification or a replacement duct.

Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
