Saved my favorite rod!
I snapped the tip of my old sea rod during a storm, and these replacement sections fit perfectly. The carbon fiber feels just as sturdy as the original, maybe even stiffer. Installation was straightforward with some epoxy.

Great quality, slight color mismatch
The build quality is excellent and the guides are smooth. My only complaint is that the black finish is slightly darker than my existing rod blank, but it's barely noticeable when fishing.

Perfect for DIY repairs

Smooth casting action

The material is top-notch, but make sure you measure your rod diameter carefully before buying. I had to sand down the ferrule slightly to get a snug fit on my older model rod.
