A: Absolutely. All our Ethernet cables come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. Please contact support for replacements.
Q: Is this cable suitable for outdoor use?
A: This specific model is designed for indoor use. For outdoor installations, we recommend checking our weather-resistant Cat6 series with UV-protected jackets.
Q: Are these cables compatible with Cat5e ports?
A: Yes, Cat6 cables are fully backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 ports and devices. You will simply operate at the speed of the lowest category component in your chain.
Q: What is the maximum length available for pre-made cables?
A: Our pre-made Cat6 cables are currently available in lengths up to 100 feet. Custom lengths can be requested through our bulk order department.
