Solid desk warmer
Does the job well. It's not too hot on the highest setting, which is good for safety. The material feels durable and easy to clean if I spill coffee.

Perfect for cold office mornings

Good heat, pattern faded slightly
The heating function is excellent and safe. However, after a few months of daily use, the cartoon print has started to fade a little where I rest my wrists.

Great value but cable could be longer
Works exactly as described. Keeps my hands warm while typing. I wish the USB cable was a bit longer to reach my tower under the desk, but an extension works fine.

Cozy and efficient

A: The surface is made of waterproof PVC, so minor spills can be wiped away easily. However, please do not submerge the pad in water or allow liquid to enter the USB connector.
Q: Can this be used with a standard phone charger block?
A: Yes, as long as the charger outputs 5V via USB, it will work. However, we recommend using a computer USB port or a high-quality adapter for best performance.
Q: Does the cartoon design come off if I wash it?
A: We advise against machine washing or soaking the pad. Please only wipe it down with a damp cloth to preserve the printed design and internal heating elements.
Q: How long does it take to reach maximum temperature?
A: Typically, the pad reaches its maximum temperature within 3 to 5 minutes depending on the ambient room temperature.
Q: What happens if I leave it on all day?
A: For safety, the pad features an automatic shut-off timer that turns the heating element off after 4 hours of continuous use. You can simply turn it back on if needed.
