Solid construction
Very sturdy aluminum alloy. It handles the torque well in my robotic arm project. Only giving 4 stars because the installation instructions could be more detailed.

Good fit but tight screws
The coupling itself is great, but the clamp screws were a bit tight to thread initially. Once installed, it holds very securely.

Great value for money
Compared to branded alternatives, this offers the same performance at a fraction of the cost. The cross slider design compensates for minor misalignments effectively.

Exceeded expectations
I was worried about durability, but after months of continuous use in my 3D printer modification, it shows no signs of wear. Excellent product.
Q: Does this coupling come in different bore sizes?
A: Yes, we offer various bore size combinations. Please check the specific variant selector or contact us for custom sizing options.
Q: Can this be used with a 5mm and 8mm shaft combination?
A: Absolutely. We have SKUs specifically configured for 5mm to 8mm shaft connections. Please select that option from the dropdown menu.
Q: Is lubrication required for the sliding mechanism?
A: No, the internal sliding surfaces are designed to operate dry. Adding lubricant may attract dust and debris, which could impair performance.
Q: What is the maximum RPM this coupling can handle?
A: For standard aluminum alloy models, the maximum safe operating speed is typically around 4000 RPM, depending on the specific diameter and load.
Q: What tool is needed to tighten the clamp screws?
A: Most models require a standard hex key (Allen wrench). The specific size is usually included in the package or listed in the product specifications.
