A: We recommend tightening the set screws in a cross pattern to ensure even pressure on the shaft. Use a torque wrench if possible to avoid stripping the threads.

A: While dependent on the specific bore size and balance, our standard aluminum double disc couplings are generally rated for speeds up to 4000 RPM safely.
