Great spring tension
The integrated spring works smoothly. No loosening over time during vibration tests.
Description
This product is a swage-in captive screw panel fastener combo designed for securing panels to cabinet chassis without the need for tools. The assembly features integrated spring screws that allow for convenient hand-tightening, ensuring panels remain attached to the frame even when fully unthreaded to prevent loss during maintenance. Constructed for swage-in installation, these fasteners are permanently mounted into pre-punched holes in sheet metal enclosures to provide reliable vibration resistance and structural integrity. This specific SKU corresponds to the PF09 or PF10 series configuration, tailored for standard industrial cabinet and chassis applications where quick access and secure panel retention are required. Regularly inspect the spring mechanism and threads to ensure smooth operation and consistent clamping force over time.
