Great value, minor learning curve
The oven heats up quickly and maintains temperature well. It took us a few days to dial in the perfect settings for our specific pastries, but once we did, results were excellent. Highly recommend for small commercial kitchens.

Excellent heat distribution
I bake artisan pizzas and bread daily. The steam injection capability and even heating make the crust perfectly crispy every time. The stainless steel exterior is also easy to clean after a long shift.

Perfect for our busy bakery
We upgraded to this Maixiou oven three months ago and the consistency is incredible. It handles large batches of sourdough and pizza dough without any hot spots. The build quality feels very sturdy.

Solid construction
Very heavy and well-built. Installation was straightforward. My only suggestion would be slightly better insulation on the door glass to keep external temps lower, but overall it performs great for the price point.

Best investment for our startup
