Great capacity, slight learning curve

The 120L space is amazing for large batches. It took a few tries to get the timing right for delicate pastries, but once dialed in, the results are professional quality. The fermentation function is a nice bonus.

Good heat distribution and recovery time. The only reason for 4 stars is that the exterior gets quite hot, so ensure you have adequate clearance space. Otherwise, it performs flawlessly.
