Great value, sturdy build

Perfect for our small office restroom

No more drilling damage!

Good but adhesive needs time to set
The dispenser itself is great, but make sure you wait the full 24 hours before loading it with paper towels as instructed. I tried to use it too soon and it slipped slightly.

A: This dispenser is designed to accommodate standard commercial paper towel rolls with a maximum diameter of approximately 9 inches.
Q: Will the adhesive work on textured tiles?
A: For best results, the surface should be smooth, clean, and dry. While it may adhere to lightly textured surfaces, we recommend testing a small area first or using mechanical mounting if the texture is heavy.
Q: Is this suitable for outdoor restrooms?
A: While the unit is splash-resistant, it is not fully waterproof or UV-stabilized for prolonged direct sunlight exposure. We recommend indoor use or covered outdoor areas only.
Q: Does this come with the keys needed to open it?
A: Yes, the package includes two universal keys that fit the locking mechanism on the dispenser.
Q: Can this be removed later without damaging the wall?
A: Yes, you can remove it by using a hairdryer to warm the adhesive pads and gently peeling it off. Any remaining residue can be cleaned with mild adhesive remover.
